The location was super convenient, right in front of the bus station! But, like, the bathroom was really cramped and annoying. The staff was chill and helped out when I needed it, but it would’ve been cool if they had more breakfast options. Just a little more attention to detail would go a long way!

The location right across from the ADO bus station makes it super convenient for travel. My room was clean and the bed nice and comfortable. I appreciated that they communicated well when we faced a room issue. they handled it promptly. However, the bathroom was quite small and having to open the shower door to sit on the toilet was a bit awkward. Noise from the street could be bothersome at times, especially if your room is positioned toward the road. Breakfast was decent, but I wish there were more options. I felt that the receptionists could be more welcoming. their responses lacked warmth. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

Organizing a late check-in was a challenge!!! Bathroom experience was frustrating due to slamming doors, small sink, uncomfortable shower!!! Room cleanliness needs attention as the floors were sticky and greasy!!!

It was a commendable fit for taking strolls in Merida with great value-to-price ratio. The location right by the bus station made it super easy to get around, which I really appreciated. Check for lower floors if you have heavy luggage as the elevator situation can be a hassle.

Free wifi was solid, but staff didn’t speak English well.
